Refund Policy

Overview
This policy explains when refunds apply to Ikamet Limited's services. Please read it carefully before engaging our services. Engaging our services constitutes acceptance of this policy.
Residency & Citizenship Services
Our service fee covers case management, preparation, and submission. Once case work has commenced (typically within 48 hours of payment), our professional service fee is non-refundable. If Ikamet cancels a service before work begins, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Government & Third-Party Fees
Application fees paid to Turkish government authorities, notary fees, translation fees, and other third-party costs are non-refundable once paid on your behalf. We will always seek your approval before disbursing third-party fees.
Insurance Services
Insurance premiums are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant insurer. Health insurance and foreign plate insurance policies may have a cooling-off period of 14 days from policy commencement if no claim has been made. Contact us at info@ikamet.com for insurance cancellations.
Application Refusals
A refused application does not entitle you to a refund of our service fee. Government decisions are outside our control. However, if an application was refused due to an error solely attributable to Ikamet (and not client-provided information), we will discuss appropriate remedies on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation by Client
If you cancel before work has commenced: full refund of service fee within 10 business days. If you cancel after work has commenced: no refund of service fee. Any third-party fees already disbursed are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@ikamet.com with your name, service purchased, payment date, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks will be contested and may result in suspension of services.
