These terms govern your use of ikamet.com and engagement with Ikamet Limited's services. By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Ikamet Limited provides consultancy and case management for Turkish residence permits, citizenship by investment, and insurance (under the Ikamet Sigorta brand). We are not a law firm. Legal services, where required, are provided by independent licensed professionals.
Engagement & Fees
Services are confirmed on receipt of a signed engagement agreement and payment of applicable fees. Fees are set out in your service proposal. Government fees, translation costs, and notary fees are separate unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified in your engagement agreement. We accept bank transfer and card payments via Stripe. All fees are quoted in USD or GBP. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
Client Obligations
You must provide accurate and complete information, respond to requests promptly, attend appointments as required, and notify us of any changes to your circumstances. Delays caused by failure to meet these obligations are not our responsibility.
No Guarantee of Outcome
All fees and timelines are estimates. Government decisions are beyond our control. Past approval rates do not guarantee future results. We are not liable for refused applications, changed regulations, or processing delays.
Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by or licensed to Ikamet Limited. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ikamet Limited's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
