Tourism basis

Most common

Property ownership

Minimum property value of $200,000 USD, verified by a licensed independent appraiser. In place since October 2023.

Income / bank statement

Demonstrable income or savings of at least ₺9,358 per month per person (2026 PMM guidance). Pension income, passive income, or remote work income all qualify.

Business activity

Active business registration in Turkey or documented business-related reason for extended stay. Suitable for entrepreneurs and company directors.

We review your circumstances — property, income, rental lease, or other basis — and identify the strongest qualifying route for your application.

We confirm your address is in an open district or mahalle. Some areas are restricted to new applicants — we check before you commit.

03

Document preparation

Our compliance team assembles your full document pack, sources health insurance, and manages all translations and notarisations.

04

Appointment and submission

We book your appointment at the provincial immigration directorate via e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr and attend the appointment with you or on your behalf.

05

Restricted districts — check before you choose an address
